Yes, the Lord Jesus Is God Incarnate. First He Came down from Heaven & Became a Man. Now He Comes down from Heaven, to Be Present in the Blessed Sacrament.

I suppose that you could put it that way, although God actually became incarnate as a man, this is known as the hypostatic union NOT a disguise.
