John Cena was in fact engaged to a girl named Liz. He proposed to her in September of 2007, they never got married, and they have broken up due to personal reasons. He says that he is just waiting for the right girl to come around. And, that he will never date a WWE Diva, because if anything ever happened to them, it would just be akward and hard to deal with when they see each other at work. Cena doesn't have face book that is a poser!! He and Liz are back to gether and getting married in July 2009 according to an interview John did in Feb with the Boston Herald newspaper

∙ 15y agoYes he did while he was injured they called it off but they are still good friends. it is RUMORED that he is currently dating woman's champion Mickie James and that they've been dating for a couple of month's but once agin i don'y know if that's true it could just be a RUMOR
