It is difficult to get the exact information on this however it would be reasonable to assume he was not as it is not aproved of by the Catholic religion.

‎and he resented the fact that this was done as there is no need to alleviate this problem with amputation

so ti would be reasonable to assume that others of his family would also not be circumcised unless misled by the mayo clinic.
