No, all the Gospel accounts tell us that Jesus sat down with the twelve disciples. There is no evidence to suggest that any one else was present.

What is the conspiracy behind Leonardo's Last Supper Painting?

In the last super painting by Leonardo Vinci, the person sitting nest to Jesus looks like a lady. So it started the talk that it was a lady. and it could very well be Mary Magdalene. But it was not a lady, it was actually the disciple John, the youngest of the 12.

If the Last Supper is a picture of the 12 disciples and Jesus Christ but it has been pointed out that one disciple seems to be Mary Magdalene which disciple would have been left out?

The rumor is false and no disciple was left out. Studies have shown that the individual whom people claim to be Mary Magdalene is, in fact, the apostle John. I agree that it is probably not Mary Magdalene in the painting, however theoretically since it is John who is claimed to actually be Mary Magdalene that would logically mean that John is not in the painting. However, there is a consensus opinion among experts that John is appears to be very feminine in the painting because Leonardo DaVinci had a tendency to paint very feminine looking young males because of his personal preference for them. No there actually was a disciple left out. His name was Judas, and that was the disciple who betrayed Jesus. I think he was at part of the last supper though. Try looking it up in a non-king James version.

Why does the movie 'The Gospel of John' show Mary Magdalene at the Last Supper?

Mary never attended the Last Supper, but was included in the film to create interest and investigation as to whether she was in fact there. The Last Supper was to be attended by those Apostles who were to hold the Holy Priesthod. No woman alive or dead has ever held the Holy Priesthood.

Were there only men at the last supper?

No, the Last Supper didn't hold just men, but there is one woman on the left hand side of Jesus, if you have all ready realized that and don't know who she is and if you didn't realize and are curious to find out, that woman in the Last Supper is Jesus' 2nd disciple- known fairly by the "Apostle of Apostles", and is his wife, Mary Magdalene, if you don't believe that is Mary, and believe that is John, you are sadly mistaken, I was sadly mistaken myself actually because we all (of course) believe there was only men in that painting--but apparently no. If you still have disbelief about the information I just gave you, you are welcome to read about Mary Magdalene on Google, Wikipedia, or some website like that, I am only 13 and I am still discovering new things about Catholicism /:
