As a Queen of Scots from an early age and briefly also a Queen of France, she had to make wise decisions.
However, there is one very silly decisions that she made in her youth. It was when she declared herself a Queen of England and started using Coat of arms of England. She got Queen Elizabeth I. furious :)
Despite her mistakes she was able to win the nobles over with deeper ties of loyalty. With her advisors and at one time David Rizzio she did nicely.
bloody mary
no she did not make good decisions
Mary Scots was a bad queen because she wanted to kill queen Elizabeth ,so her head got chop off.
no because her cousin Elizabeth v 1 ruined it.
There were several reasons why many in Scotland did not like Mary, Queen of Scots. The first was because she was a female. In that day in age many people thought that a female ruler was not as good as a male ruler. The second was because she was brought up in France and although she was Scottish she was looked at as a foreigner. The third was because she was Roman Catholic leading a country that was Protestant.

They probably would have done & some were outraged that King James VI did nothing to avenge his mother's death. But James was keen to maintain good relation with Queen Elizabeth I (which possibly helped to his succeeding her following her death in 1603). Following Mary's execution, Elizabeth sent James a letter of apology claiming she didn't mean for the signed death warrant to be delivered. This seems to have placated James. Hope this helps.
It depends on what a good ruler is. Is it one who kills her people. or is it one who thinks she owns everything. If she didn't Kill her people then she must have been a good ruler
she was a bad
It started with Mary's second marrige to Darnley. His agretion and greed for power is what i believe was the beginning of the end for Mary. After Mary leaves him she falls in love with Bothwell and the two of them plan to murder Darnley. It may have been that Darnley was a real threat and that it was for a good reason, or on the other hand it may have been that Bothwell was the more aggressive one and talked her into it. Some say that Bothwell even raped her and forced her to go with him to England. Either way it didn't end well for the poor queen.
