Not directly. During WW1 (1914-1918) Mexico was in the middle of its Mexican Revolution (1910-1921).
It however, indirectly contributed to the US entry to the fight. In 1917, German ambassador to Mexico, Arthur Zimmerman sent a telegram to the Mexican president Venustiano Carranza, offering the support from Germany to recover Texas, New Mexico and Arizona (territories lost during the Mexican-American War) if Mexico attacked the United States. The telegram however, was intercepted by British spies and sent to the US as proof of Germany's ambitions. It was used as casus belli by president Wilson to enter WW1.
Although the Mexican president did check the feasibility of such plan -- it was actually almost impossible to implement at the time -- he eventually declined the offer.
There are a number of powers who were involved in the World War 1. Russia, Germany and France were the main countries in the war among others.
