No, he has only ever been a video game promo, or available as part of a Shonen Jump Magazine promotional offer.
If you want, yes. You can put three of them if you wanted to, they are not limited or semi-limited.
Obelisk the Tormentor is not banned, you may use three in your deck. That's the legal 'Effect Monster' print from Shonen Jump. The original print was never actually legal in the first place, it was strictly promotional, had an illegal back, and even said 'This card cannot be used in a duel' on both the Japanese (GBI) and English (JMP-004) prints.
it 's simple 5,6 one tribute 7+ two tributes. As well, because the only two cards that are twelve star that do not go into your extra deck are Yubel: The Ultimate Nightmare and Obelisk the Tormentor (Legal Version), only Obelisk requires three tributes.
Yes, unless specifically mentioned on the banned list (Exchange of the Spirit, Victory Dragon, etc) or is the JUMP-EN004 Obelisk the Tormentor, you can use the other Shonen Jump cards in a legal deck.
I'm not sure if I can be of any help but you may want to try the related link below .
You don't. It's a GBA or Shonen Jump promo only.
The playable version of obelisk is really good, as it is almost invincible. In a serious tournament, players won't be able to destroy it with bottomless, torrential tribute, gyzarus, DAD.... Not only that but at the cost of 2 monsters (they can be tokens, like scapegoat or fluffy tokens) You wipe out your opponents field. In a warrior snchro deck, it could work better than in other decks (but it would still work better in a monarch deck or in a deck that focuses on tributes) because they usually have 3 copies of ''the inmortal bushi'' which can be revived at your standby phase and then be sacrificed for oblisk. For the two tributes for Obelisk's effect, you can use marauding captain, which summons another guy, and that makes two. Conclusion: It's a good card as long as it is placed in the right deck, in a warrior synchro (you can use some x-sabers for that, I recomend you) I would give it the same importance as any tuner. 106me ADDS: I was researching on this and I think it would most certainly work. Although I was taking too much time on this (because there are apparently 2 types of this card) and I was beaten to the answer.
Zero. In case you didn't notice, THIS CARD CANNOT BE USED IN A DUEL.
He does not, he is a Shonen Jump promotional card, in the magazine itself.
3 blue-eyes white dragons, polemerization, pot of greed, card of sanctity, luster dragon 2, lord of dragon, 2 flutes of summoning dragon, xyz dragon cannon, sagai the dark clown, crush card virus, the devil's sanctuary, obelisk the tormentor (during part of season 2 and 3) thats all i know
In a standard deck, there are usually around 2 to 4 EX cards included.
The average number of lands typically included in a commander deck is around 37 to 40.
