Queen Victoria was the only child of the marriage between Prince Edward Augustus, Duke of Kent and Strathearn, and the widow, Princess Victoria of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld.

Before he married Princess Victoria, Queen Victoria's father may have fathered other children.

Before marrying Prince Edward, Queen Victoria's mother had been married to Emich Carl (known as Charles), 2nd Prince of Leiningen. The couple produced two children, Carl Friedrich Wilhelm Emich, Prince of Leiningen, and Anna Feodora Auguste Charlotte Wilhelmine.

Charles died in 1814, leaving Princess Victoria a widow. In 1818 she married Prince Edward, and, in 1819, their child, the young Alexandrina Victoria (i.e. Queen Victoria) was born.

So Queen Victoria had no 'direct' brothers and sisters, but she had at least one half brother and one half sister.
