Satan was not cast to the Earth but to Hell for revolt and defiance against God.When Satan learnt that God had made Earth he was eager to see it as it was formed in the deep void.He did circle the Earth and visit it before the creation of Adam but saw Angles guarding it and hid in the dark void and then in a dark hole as a snake on Earth before entering the garden of Eden.
The Genesis must not be taken as literal but a metaphorical explanation for Creation . People in antiquity were not aware of certain scientific truth as we know today and has this day resulted in unresolved theological debates.
In Christianity, Satan was cast out of heaven before man was created. Satan's rebellion against God happened before the creation of human beings. This event is often interpreted as occurring before the creation of the physical world.
This phrase is mentioned in the Bible in Ephesians 2:2, where it refers to Satan as influencing the world and the beliefs of people. It symbolizes Satan's influence and power over the spiritual realm and how he can manipulate mankind by spreading deception and falsehoods like the atmosphere envelops the earth.
In Christian theology, Satan chose to enter the serpent because it was one of the creatures God had given Adam dominion over. By tempting Adam and Eve through the serpent, Satan sought to undermine God's relationship with humanity and deceive them into disobeying God's command.
In Christian theology, it is believed that Satan has not been killed but rather will face eternal damnation or punishment in hell. Satan, also known as Lucifer, is depicted as a fallen angel who rebelled against God and was cast out of heaven.
In many religious beliefs, God is viewed as existing outside of time and space, transcending our understanding of existence. Therefore, the concept of "where" God was before creation may not apply in the same way as it does to physical beings or objects. Some believe that God's presence and essence permeates all existence, including before the creation of the earth.
Lucifer means bright star. Lucifer was said to be the chief musician in Heaven before he was cast into Hell. Some also believe that there will be no music in Heaven because Lucifer will not be there.
God cast him out of heaven.
First, we need to understand that man was not "cast" to the earth as if by some curse. The Bilble says that the earth was created FOR man, and man was created to inhabit and take care of the earth. He created the earth to be inhabited, and the earth was given to humans as our home.-(Genesis 1:28;Psalms 115:16; Isaiah 45:18) As far as Satan is concerned, the book of Revelation tells us in chapter 12, verse 9, that he was cast out of heaven, and confined to the vacinity of the earth. This was a curse for him for two reasons. One reason is that prior to his being cast out of heaven, he was free to roam about through the heavenly realms. We read in Job chapter 1, verse 6, that at some point during the lifetime of God's faithful servant Job, there was a gathering in heaven " when the sons of the [true] God entered to take their station before Jehovah, and even Satan proceeded to enter right among them." This indicates that Satan still had the priveledge of roaming thoughout the heavenly realms during Job's day, so man was on the earth before Satan was cast out. The second reason that this is a curse for Satan is found in Revelation in chapter 12 verse 12, where it says "...the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time." So he is angry because he knows his time left is short, he will soon be destroyed.
Revelation 9:12And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
No, it was the Devil and Satan - see Rev.12.9: "And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him."
Yes they were created before humans. God's word tells us at Job 38:7, "When the mourning stars joyfully cried out together, And all the sons of God began shouting in applause!" The angels shouted for joy and sang out when the foundation of the earth was laid, so they were created even before the earth. And, Satan had to have already rebelled against God along with 1/3 of the angels in Heaven and been cast to the Earth, hence, (Genesis 3:1) Satan, "the serpent" came to Eve to tempt her in the garden of Eden right after her creation from Adam (Genesis 2:21-23) the demons were already here.
God did not create satan. What God created was a guardian cherub, an angel. The angel was blameless in his ways, until wickedness was found in him. The angel was boastful. He desired to be like the Most High. And because of the pride of the guardian cherub, God cast him down to the earth. Hence, the angel became the devil, the father of lies, the serpent. In short, God created an angel that soon became evil and hence satan.
The first to be thrown in the lake of fire is Satan. the false prophet and the anti christ are before satan.
In the King James version there doesn't appear to be such a reference. The only verse where - Satan - and the word - world - appear is * Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
For there to be descendants of Satan he would first have to exist, which he doesn't. If you do believe in the Christian Satan, he still would have no descendants, because he was never an actual person on Earth. He was always an angel in the kingdom of heaven until God cast him out.
god is not the ruler of this world. Satan is its ruler. this is evident when Jesus was fasting and Satan came to him and offered it up to him if did an act of worship to him. whereas god is not the ruler he will ultimately own it when he binds Satan and through him into the abiss. Satan became its ruler after he opposed god in heaven and lost. god cast him down out of heaven to the earth. ever since then "woe to mankind".
Lucifer did not have a body... and so he could not have eaten anything! We were all created as spirits, before we came to Earth. Me, you, Lucifer, Jesus... a big, fun spirit-party! Lucifer rebelled against God, and was cast out, becoming whom we know as Satan. Thus, he remained in the same estate - spirit only, without a body. Earth was put together, and a male body was made from the earth. A spirit was put into it - and, ta-daa! - Adam was "born." Another body and spirit were put together and there was Eve. They had bodies, and thus could eat fruits and be cast out from gardens... which Satan never could, and never will be able to...
