There is no character called Omar in any of Shakespeare's plays. Indeed there is only one character who is apparently a Muslim in all of the plays, which would be the Prince of Morocco in Merchant of Venice. Mind you there are probably a number of actors called Omar who have played or are playing parts in Shakespeare plays.
