Tyrannosaurus Rex was to slow and heavy to run and its arms were tiny to grab things. It also had bad eyesight and a good sense of smell. All of this suggests that Tyrannosaurus Rex was a scavenger.

Tyrannosaurus rex has always been portrayed as a large, mean, hunter. But new science and newly put forth theories by Jack Horner have concluded that Tyrannosaurus rex may not have been "king" after all. It may have even been a scavenger. But, in mine and others like Dougal Dixon's opinion, T.rex probably was a bit of both.
