For several reasons the Allied Countries did not demand that Japan destroy the building plans of the zero fighter planes.
First of all by the wars end the zero was no longer considered a front line plane, technology had passed it by and most of the Allied planes were much more advanced.
Secondly, by the end of the war Japan had no industrial capacity to produce anything as complex as a plane.
Third, Japan was forbidden from building any weapons.
Finally, the Allies did insist that all Japanese planes that were still in existence on August 15 be disabled (their propellers were removed).
