Well it depends on what type of food you like..... If you are a complete meat eater and love your rich filling foods you would probably like the food seeing as in the medieval era they ate lots of rich meats,breads and stews. However if you're a vegetarian or a vegan it wouldn't be your ideal food as its mainly meats,dairy,eggs and animal products. They would eat alot of farming foods as of course they didn't have super markets back then....So it depends on your taste of food but if you eat anything then some of the foods would be yummy!
Most people of the Middle Ages were rather poor, and a nice dinner might have consisted of stew in a trencher of stale bread. They ate the stew, and then they ate the bread. Richer people eating a really nice dinner might have had so many courses you could not even tell whether the was a main course. There is a link below to an article with information on medieval food.

Difference is that the European medieval food was medieval and the food we have now is original Continental food like Australasia and Oceania have sweets, seafood and all the other original Continental food. If there is countries that have medieval food still, will be depending on if they have these types of medieval food.
