Severus Snape was on Peter Pettigrew's "side" for a short amount of time. As you probably know, Snape was a true Death Eater and worker for Voldemort for a short amount of time.

Snape was a Death Eater for Voldemort until he found out that Voldemort was after the Potter family. Snape immediately went back to Dumbeldore and asked for forgiveness. From then on Snape became a double agent, meaning he worked for Dumbeldore and Voldemort, he told Voldemort false news about "Dumbeldore's Side" and true news to Dumbeldore. Because Pettigrew was on Voldemort's side for a while, he was on at the same time as Snape, but only for about a month or so.

Why did Severus Snape have the same patronus as Lily Potter?

Wizards' Patronuses can sometimes change shape. Severus Snape loved Lily (Evans) Potter and so his patronus changed shape to the same one as Lily, a doe. It is very likely that Snape's patronus didn't actually change shape and was always a doe since he had loved Lily all his life.

How was Severus Snape still on Albus Dumbledore's side?

When you first read Harry Potter what did you think of Severus Snape What do you think that shows about the important of first impressions?

When I first read Harry Potter I always thought Snape was a death eater. I thought it was one of those obvious things you find in stories. But no - Rowling was clever. In book no. 5 I still couldn't work out whether Snape was good or bad. However, in the last book I came to the conclusion that Snape has always been on Dumbledore's side and I turned out to be right! Yes, the character of Professor Snape has no doubt been one of my favourite characters of the series. The hatred going on between Harry and him in the first few books really gives the reader a sense of Snape being a Dark wizard when he actually never was.

Why did Snape kill Dumbledore?

The real answer is that Snape was on Dumbledore's side, so he killed Dumbledore on Dumbledore's orders. He has been a fake servant to He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.

Was Severus Snape still a member of the Order of Phoenix after he killed Albus Dumbledore did they still trust him after what Harry Potter told them what he saw?

When Severus Snape killed Albus Dumbledore, everybody believed that he did it because he was on Lord Voldemort's side so no, he was no longer a member of the Order of the Phoenix. However, after Harry Potter witnessed Snape's memories and learned that he was indeed on their side, they believed him. By this point Snape was dead and the Order of the Phoenix had been disbanded for the final time.

How was Harry able to find out Snape was on the good side?

Towards the end of the book 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows', Voldemort orders his snake Nagini to kill Snape. As Snape is lying on the floor taking his last breaths, he gives Harry memories that relate to his protection, conversations that Snape had with Dumbledore and memories showing how Snape fell in love with Harry's mother. Harry then viewed these memories in the pensieve and was forced to realise that Snape had been attempting to protect Harry and was acting as a spy for Dumbledore all along.

What was the real reason snape killed dumbeldore?

snape made a unbrackable vow to Draco malfoys mother and by doing so swore to do anything in his power to help Draco, Draco's mission was to lead the death eaters into hogwarts and Draco himself must kill dumboldore, he found he could not kill him so snape killed him for Draco. Actually, Snape had already promised Dumbledore that he would kill him, for Dumbledore was already dying, so instead of having Draco ( who has never killed anyone) have this sin on his hands, dumbledore had pre-decied that snape would be the one to kill him. Snape was dumbledores man through and through so there was no way that if dumbledore had not had asked snape to kill him, snape would never have gone through with the unbreakable vow. Dumbledore was always steps ahead of everyone and know that his death was coming, so he choose the time and manner of his death.

What happens in the scene where Harry enters snape's memories in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows?

Harry see Snapes memories from his childhood when he first met with Lily. And there is also memories from when Snapes talking to Dumbledore about Harry's future. It means, Harry is a horcrux, and he must have die, and he should be killed by Voldemort. This is the most important memorie, nad of course Snape always on Dumbledore's side, he was a spy.
