On Saturday, the true 7th day of the week we have Sabbath. On the first 6 days of the week (Sunday - Friday) we do our normal work just like everyone else. In creation, the Lord created the universe in 6 days and set the 7th day aside for rest and worship. Keep in mind that in creation: night came first, then day. Thus, the sabbath begins at sundown on Friday and goes until sundown Saturday. On the 7th day we do no work and we worship the Lord or perform activities that have to do with the Lord. In church we worship, we have bible lessons, and we have lunch with the other adventist. Our churches are more than happy to welcome visitors as well. We can also do the Lord's work, for example feeding the homeless in Chicago, IL.
