Yes. When the European theater ended, the Soviet Union, as an ally of the United States, declared war on Japan. It remained at war with Japan until Japan's surrender in August 1945. It did not have a significant impact in the Pacific theater because it was involved so briefly and was so heavily afflicted by the European theater.
