Not yet, but there's maybe a hundred or so left.

As recent estimates suggest that there may be 500 or fewer pairs of them left in the wild down from an estimated 6,000 individuals in the 1900's.

No, in fact it is listed at the lowest level of conservation status, Least Concern, by the International Union for Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources. Ospreys are not even considered threatened. The Osprey has a large global population estimated at 460,000. The species is not endangered.

In British Columbia Canada the Bald Eagle population is growing again and Nature people are thrilled. They get counted every year at strategic migration grounds and there are more each year. Sorry don't have the #'s for you.
