Was the name of the restaurant in Chicago during the 60s with famous garlic salad dressing Black Steer or Red Steer?

I think you may be thinking of the "Blackhawk" restaurant. They used to be on Wabash near Randolph across the street from Marshall Field. They had a famous "spinning salad bowl" dressing that was mixed right at your table. You can buy the bottled dressing at many grocery stores in the Chicago area. I have one in my refrigerator right now.
