The CCC Camp at Flagstaff was about 4 miles out of Flag off hwy 180 on Schultz Pass, I have pictures.. I know this because my husbands grandfather was a CCC boy, they built the road going up the peaks and first ski runs in the summers they stayed up north there, then in the winter they would move to the Sedona CCC Camp were Sedona Schnebly used to take in wash and iron shirts for them..He was part of the CCC's also widening the road through Oak Creek Canyon he was a 'powder money', on that and blasted the 1 car tunnels open to widen what is now 89-A..They also had a CCC camp at Clarkdale.. Later he also worked at Belmont for a long career, and retired from there.. His wife my husbands grandma was a school teacher at Flagstaff what is now NAU was called 'The Normal School'..He was with the CCC's from 1933 to 1942. Not sure about the below info, I never heard of a CCC Camp at Belmont, Williams, Garland Prairie ext?
