this is a normal condition-the cat converter converts , o2 and co to h20 or something like that this creates the water --some systems have drains in muffler some dont
If you do short trip driving moisture collects in the exhaust as it doesn't have time to dry out and then you get the water coming out of the tailpipes, the hot gasses from the engine and the cold pipes when first started creates moisture.

I have gas coming out the tailpipes and also when I took out the #8 spark plug gas poured out . Dose anyone have an answer for my problem?
Its either too much fuel coming from the carbeuator and causing it to backfire or it could be spark plugs wired wrong. try to be more specific on where backfire is coming from. either out of the carbeuator or the tailpipes.

It's only condensation. Once it is burned off or leaks out, that is it. This is normal.
Dual tailpipes help pull the exhaust away from the engine more quickly, thus avoiding any kind of pressure back-up, especially in a high-output smaller engine. A tailpipe needs a muffler; two tailpipes=two mufflers
