if this hole is on the water pump you may need to replace it. depending what type of pump it is there is two holes on the water pump and when it is faulty fluid gets pushed through i had the same question get a haynes manuel there about 30 bucks it tells you everything
Air trapped in the heater system. Be sure the coolant reservoir is full and the radiator cap is good.
Next to the water neck on the front of the intake manifold.
Low coolant? Thermostat stuck open? System air bound? Heater core plugged or restricted? Water pump not circulating coolant?

Drain the blazer radiator. Refill with water. Open the heat on high, start the engine for a few minutes. Drain the system again Repeat this several times to get all of the old coolant out.
Your coolant pump is behined the fan, you will have to replace the water pump.

The coolant will run out of the timing cover from behind the crank pulley.
The lower radiator hose is the intake to the water pump, the coolant has already passed thru the radiator and has cooled down.
Small pinhead size holes behind the water pump,eventually breakthrough the cover and voila you get coolant mixing with engine oil.
