The best meals can be made using items purchased from the edges of your store. Try to stay in the produce section. Meals with fresh vegetables and white meats are the best for you and your figure. You can fill up on vegetables without feeling guilty.
If you place them in iced water for a few mins. before using they will look fresh and keep their colour and crispness.
