Really, stop right now, take it from me, it's not nice, you don't want your life to take that turn.

And...for a week? Please, you don't sound like you're that deep in. So just turn away, and lose weight by eating a little less than usual, cut down on snacks and just look after your body. It's the only one you have. As I learnt, too late.
