Went to the dr and your pregnancy test came out positive you went back to the dr and took another test and it came out negative What is going on?

You most likely had a miscarriage. Pregnancy tests often give false negatives, but never give a false positive. If it says you are NOT pregnant, there is still a chance you could be, but if it says you ARE pregnant, then you are without a doubt. However, a large percentage of pregnancies are miscarried in the first six weeks, and the resulting evidence is often so light that it is mistaken for a normal period.
But this is a question you should have asked your doctor. Get an expert opinion.
