well they don't hide they do there ball form don't pick them up with out a towel of working gloves lol the qwills hurt.
my hedgehog likes to hide in her house(a cuponk box) that's where she spends most of her time sleeping and hiding in there. but when there scared more likely theyll use there ball form to protect them selves

∙ 11y agoWell of course they hide in bushes or procet there self with there spikes and hide under leafs or any were that you cant see in tree domes any were under ground just some place were you cant see them :¬}

∙ 12y agoWhen a hedgehog is scared, it will roll up into a ball and attempt to push their spikes into you. That is why so many hedgehogs get hit by cars because when they see a car they just roll up.
