He is omnipresent (everywhere), merciful, everlasting, caring, loving, all powerful, unchangeable, He is everything! It tells us that God came down in human form, lived in human life, and then died in pain for us. When Jesus came back to real life after 3 days, that meant that we could now speak to God on our own. Whatever questions you have about God, you can find the answer in the Bible. When you read the Bible, you're reading the word of God.
The Bible does not say this. God is never done with us. The Bible says you are saved when you confess with mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord.

The Bible is an ancient record of the dealings of God with people of Israel. It can teach us what it is God expects of us. It can teach us that God loves us. it can teach us God's plan for our happiness.
No we were closer to god when it all started in the Bible but we are always with god.
Because many Christians today don't get what they need from God's word. There not following what the Bible says. But don't judge all of us by some of us.
It is not God who says it, it is Saint Luke, in Luke 12:48.
sometimes yes, god does tell us to do things, like Noah's ark or sometimes you can just be imagining it Yes, "go forth and multiply..." God speaks to people, there are a lot of examples in the Bible like Moses and Abraham. God also tells us NOT to do things like in the Ten Commandments.
