Inside the oil pan
Changing the oil pump is not hard...getting to it is. It is inside the oil pan, my suggestion is pull the motor, put it on a stand, take the oil pan off, you will then see the oil pump, should only be a couple of bolts holding it on, change it out, then reassemble. Make sure to get a new oil pan gasket.
sell the car
The oil pump on a 1994 Ford Mustang is located on the bottom of the engine, under the oil pan. It bolts directly to the bottom of the engine and sucks oil up from the pan.
Remove the oil pan. This will give you access to the pump.
HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE OIL??????? IS THAT THE QUESTION, HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE OIL????? What is this, a joke?????
It came from the factory with ( 5W-30 )
Begin by training the oil from your 1990 VW oil pan. Remove the oil pan retaining bolts. Remove the oil pump retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new oil pump.
