with a manual its all the way to the right and down (standard 1st is top left 2nd is bottom left 3rd is middle top 4th is middle bottom 5th is right top and R is to the right at the bottom)
If your transmission is good then you usually have to pump the clutch a few times and go through all the gears back to reverse til it goes in. I usually go from 4th to reverse then 1st to reverse then 3rd to reverse etc...until it goes in. Hope that helps!
Hmm same thing happend to me on my rx7, the first thing you have to do is try pressing down upon the gear lever and moving it out of reverse, if this process seems to do absolutely nothing for you then remove the transmission or remove the driveshaft and tow it to a shop. DO NOT TOW IN GEAR or you will be turning your engine backwards which is NOT a good thing.
mazda doesnt rx7 anymore :(
It is 5.8 Liters for an FC Rx7.
yes
how do i get the air out of my radiator 1987 rx7
No the Mazda RX7 is only rwd
RX7 means - Rotary Experiment 7
The Mazda Rx7 has the Wankel Rotary Engine in it
Throwout bearing, bent/cracked clutch fork, and Poor clutch pressure are other potential causes. Transmission failure. Broken gears or transmission parts have become wedged in the path to the reverse gear. Rebuild transmission.
The Mazda RX7 was made discontinued in 2002. Mazda replaced the RX7 with the RX8 in 2003
