No. Hitler was named Chancellor in January, 1933 after his Nazi Party won the most seats in the national government in elections that month. There had been several elections within a very short space of time in Germany, with the new government formed following each election soon proving itself incapable of dealing with the huge problems Germany was facing. (Elections in a parliamentary system can happen at irregular times, not just every so-many years). That was the last election in Germany until after WWII was over.
