No bills were printed in Chicago. You're most likely looking at the Federal Reserve seal that indicates which district distributed the bill. For values, please see the question "What is the value of a 1950 US 20 dollar bill?".

Up till 1991 all US bills were printed in Washington DC; since then a second facility was opened in Fort Worth, but those are the only printing plants. They print bills for all 12 districts.
