All you have to do to be a Freemason is ask a Freemason to join the Lodge. You will need to find the nearest Lodge to where you live (there are 9 Lodges in Tanzania).

I am not aware of any Tanzanian schools which are sponsored by or supported by Masonic Lodges. I would consider such a thing unlikely.
Some women can join lodges, but mainly they are men only. Going back to its origins it was for tradesmen. Sometimes their widows could join. Other lodges allowed women to join to. There have been women-only lodges set up too.
As far as I can tell, there are 2 Grand Lodges in the UK; the UGLE and Scotland. The Masters of these two jurisdictions would be equal in rank.
Look for their lodges. Most advertise in the local paper, street signs or the internet. You can identify a Lodge by the square and compasses emblem displayed about the building.
