With the exception of the Devil, in serpentine guise, tempting Eve, in Genesis, I don"t think there are talking animals ( which would require a Miracle- a suspension of natural law) in The Bible. There was a cartoon drama called ( The Night the animals talked) and it has the premise , on the First Christmas, this unheralded Miracle took place, for one night only- in the stable of Bethlehem. In the cartoon , the bull was more or less the animal-in-chief. There is no scriptural authority for this amusing but untrue story.
