Local Level, Regional Level, and Global Level
Three ways geographers perceive earth are; Local Level, Regional Level, and Global Level.
India has three levels of government that are:-1. National Level2. State Level3. Local Level
There are three branches of govt (executive, judicial, and legislative) and three levels (federal, state, and local). A governor is the head of the executive branch for state level government, and the mayor is basically the head of the executive branch at the local level.

Geographers use three levels—local, regional, and global—to analyze and understand the world. At the local level, geographers focus on specific places and their characteristics. At the regional level, they study larger areas with shared characteristics or patterns. And at the global level, geographers examine the interconnectedness of places and how processes operate on a worldwide scale.
The three types of government are Federal, (the top level) State (the middle level) and local (the last level). Federal Government is situated in Canberra and there is only one. State Governments are in each state and territory. Local Government are almost anywhere aroung Australia.
Three changes are probably global temperature change(Ice Age,NOW), and...nothing else. This is most likely the only environmental change that affects evolution.

The main difference between three and four level lasers lies in the energy levels involved in the lasing transition. In a three-level laser, the lasing transition occurs between the ground state and an excited state, while in a four-level laser, an additional intermediate energy level is used to facilitate the lasing process. This intermediate level enables four-level lasers to operate more efficiently at higher power levels compared to three-level lasers.
