E.COLI and Salmonella causes food poison.
Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Clostridium perfringens, Campylobacter, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Bacillus cereus, and Entero-pathogenic Escherichia coli all cause food poisoniong, though none of them are particularly rare.
There are a couple of them...but two of them are Salmonella and Campylobacter (sp?)
My guess is either Salmonella or Escherichia Coli (E. Coli)
