North Korea and Iran.
Japan was trying to develop weapons which could reach the US. balloon carrying fire bombs did reach the US but those didn't do much. The real deal was that Germany was trying to develop an atomic bomb but the US beat them. We don't have proof that Japan were trying to develop one. August 6 and 9 1945, Japan suffered the pain of the nuclear bombs.
Atomic bombs were not used anywhere in Europe in WW2. The only country that atomic bombs were dropped on in any war is Japan.

Nuclear physicists and engineers are primarily responsible for designing and creating atomic bombs. These scientists study the behavior of atomic nuclei and develop the technology needed to release the energy stored within them for destructive purposes.
Pakistan is the first and still the only Muslim country to make atomic bombs.
Wether it was ethical or not to use the atomic bomb on other countries because of the destruction they cause.
