Prince Georgy L'vov (4 months) and Alexander Kerensky (4 months). The first head of the Russian Provisional Government was Prince Georgy L'vov. He took office on March 2, 1917 and resigned on July 9, 1917. He was replaced by Alexander Kerensky who served from July 9, 1917 to October 25, 1917, when the Bolsheviks overthrew the Provisional Government.
Prince Georgy Lvov assumed power after the March, actually called the February Revolution, in Russia. The result of this revolution was that the Tsar of Russia abdicated the throne and the Provisional Government with Lvov as Prime Minister was set up to maintain order until the Constituent Assembly could be seated. About 3 months after Lvov took over, he resigned and Alexander Kerensky became the leader. In the October Revolution he and the Provisional Government were overthrown by Vladimir Lenin and his Bolshevik followers. Lenin did not take power after the February Revolution.
A provisional winner is the temporary winner until the official results come in. Most of the time the provisional is always the official winner. It sometimes takes up to 2 business days before the winners name is revealed.
Vladimir Lenin was the leader of the Bolsheviks when the Russian monarchy was overthrown, BUT, the Bolsheviks were not the ones who overthrew the monarchy. That had already been done six months earlier.
he had them make clean and safe toilets
They aren't revolutionaries in the true sense of the word but first Prince Georgy Lvov and then Alexander Kerensky led the Russian Provisional Government after the Tsar abdicated in March 1917. Vladimir Lenin is the Russian revolutionary who took control of the country in October 1917 (O.S.) by ousting the Provisional Government
The provisional capital of France during the German occupation in World War 2 was Vichy. The government there is now known as the Vichy Government and is regarded as an illegitimate group of Nazi collaborators.

Anything is possible. All humans make mistakes.
There were 2 Vichy France had Philippe Petain as President of the Council of Ministers The Chairman of the Provisional Government (Free France) was Charles de Gaulle
Vladimir Lenin and the Bolshevik Party did, but it was not "after the overthrow of Czar Nicholas II." Immediately after the Czar abdicated and his government collapsed, a Provisional Government of ministers was set up temporarily until a new constitution could be written. In October 1917 (Old Style, November 1917 New Style) Lenin set up the communist government after overthrowing the Provisional Government. In addition, it wasn't really "communist" except in name only. It was socialist.
She has probably made different mistakes like every other human but not huge ones... yet lol. She is a good role model and lots of people look up 2 her. I look up 2 her.
