Plant cells have a cell wall and chloroplasts. Animal cells do not need the chloroplasts because they do not undergo photosynthesis, and I'm pretty sure the cells wall hinders cell splitting or something and that's why they don't have it.

The permanent vacuole (an animal can only have a temporary one from time to time) and the cell wall (animals only have a cell membrane and therefore their cells are more floppy ad the cell wall keep a rigid shape).

A cell wall made primarily of cellulose and organelles called chloroplasts where photosynthesis takes place.

A third thing plant cells have that animal cells do not is a large central vacuole ( especially mature cells ) in which storage and metabolic activities take place among other things.
