The six Arabian Peninsula countries that border the Persian Gulf are: Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain*, UAE, and Oman*. *Bahrain and Oman may be considered to not fit the requirements since, (1) Bahrain is an island, so technically it is not on the Arabian Peninsula, and (2) Oman's border on the Persian Gulf is technically the western part of the Strait of Hormuz.
There are 8, and they are Oman, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq and Iran.
Oman and Iran share only a sea border in the middle of the Gulf.

It is bordered by Oman to the south(by its exclave), Iran to the north and a tiny bit of UAE to the southwest.
Assuming you meant the Arabian Sea, it borders the continent of Asia. Some of the countries that border the Arabian Sea are Pakistan, Oman, Iran, and India.
