GALBLADDER and PANCREAS
The stomach is where the major digestion of food starts, using the high acid concentration and enzymes such as pepsin (for digestion of proteins). The food gets partially digested by the stomach, both mechanically and chemically, then delivered to the small intestine. Just below where the stomach empties into the small intestine, there is duct where the pancreas and the liver also empty into it. The pancreas delivers digestive enzymes, and the liver delivers bile salts (which are stored in the gallbladder until needed) and lecithin, required for digestion of fat.

Stomach and small intestine are the two most important. The large intestine is pretty important too since it absorbs water and nutrients so that they don't get excreted. But they are all important.
