To the girl; You cant pretend its not real, there's no hiding. You have a life underneath your shirt and you cant ignore it. Find a friend that you can rely on for support.
Make a plan with your parents regarding school, work, daycare, finances etc and follow it. Don't expect your relationship with the father to last but you have to remain friends since you are now parents together for the rest of your lives.
