The only time that something was spoken into existence was in the first chapter of Genesis. As God created everything he would speak and it was instantly created. There is no verse in the Bible that says we can do the same thing.

In general the thing it talks about every verse is Jesus Christ. It also talks about how we should live and what we should to do if we want to have peace in our lives and in the next life.
The bible does not speak so much about where a Christian is not suppose to go, however many principals are taught in the bible that give reference to people, places and things that teach what practices are not in accordance with the will of God. God does not tell one to not go to a gay bar, but in the verse of 1 Timothy 1: 10, He lists a few rebellious acts in the verse given by which some practice.
