What CDs are great for using when you burn Ubuntu e.g. TDK CD-R80 Recordable 700MB 80MIN?

Any type of recordable CD will work. Most people who burn CDs regularly recommend Ritek or Ricoh-branded discs. Other brands, including TDK, will use dye from Ricoh or Ritek, although they may also use dye from other manufacturers as well that is not as reliable.
