Chastity
Roman Catholic Answer:By "living together before marriage" I assume you are not talking about living as brother and sister, as the only thing wrong with that might be scandal, which, of itself, can be a grave sin. But the teaching of the church for over two thousand years has been that ANY sin outside of marriage and for the procreation of human life is a sin as it is against God's law. It is important when looking at this to remember that God made us, and sin is basically going against the way we are made. It is impossible to "hurt" God, although we talk that way, God is eternal, but we can hurt ourselves surely. Any time that you use something for something for which it was not designed you usually end up making a mess and breaking something. I'm trying to think of an analogy but everything I'm coming up with is too lame to write - like using a plastic teaspoon to scoop ice cream, and you end up be breaking the spoon. Stupid analogy, sorry. Man has a soul, when he has sex with another person, he is setting up a spiritual relationship along with the physical relationship. You end up hurting a woman if you have sex with her and you don't love her. Anytime you love someone, really love them, you would never hurt them, never. What people talk about "love" these days, they are really talking about lust, and that is not love. Love is something that grows as you get to know someone. I repeat if you really love someone you care too much about that person to ever hurt them, and sex outside of marriage hurts both people.
Most people are now choosing to live together over actual marriage.
sureANSWER: Well, NO if the Catholic man desires that his marriage be recognized by the Catholic Church. Until he married IN the Catholic Church -- and that means his marriage would be "blessed" -- he is living in sin as if he and his civil-law wife were never marriage but instead just living together.
Sex before marriage is prohibited by the catholic church.

The Catholic Church thinks that living together before marriage is bad. Even if the couple isn't having sexual relations, it is still a near occasion of sin and could cause scandal.
A love marriage is when a couple falls in love and decides to spend the rest of their lives together. It's a companionship based on free choice and mutual attraction, as opposed to an arranged marriage where the partners have no say in the choosing of their spouse.
In the United States, the issue of same-sex marriage, bundled together with the ordination of same-sex married clergy, has caused schism in several churches, notably the Episcopalians and the Lutherans. In many other churches, most notably the Roman Catholic Church, the majority of members polled do not agree with the official church teaching on the issue.
Yes, absolutely. The Roman Catholic church considers the marriage of any man and woman who are both baptized Christian, irregardless of specific faith, as being a sacramental marriage. This means it is allowed the supernatural graces by God to the couple who now have a vocation to leading each other to eternal life together. You may also want to check on the Polish National Catholic church. It may very well be in union with the Roman Catholic church which simply means the woman in this relationship is actually a Roman Catholic too.
No. The Bible says, "Let no man separate what God has joined together." This includes when He joins two people together in marriage..Catholic AnswerIt's just Catholic, not Roman Catholic. Roman is an epithet first commonly used in England after the protestant revolt to describe the Catholic Church. It is never used by the official Catholic Church. The Catholic Church was formed and started by Our Blessed Lord, Jesus Christ, on the apostle Peter and his successors (Matthew 16:17-19) and guided by the Holy Spirit sent by Our Blessed Lord. It may only teach what has been revealed to it, and may not change any dogmas or doctrine that have been revealed. The Bible reflects this teaching on divorce in Matthew 19:3-12/Mark 10:2-12.
"Marriage. Marriage is what brings us together...today."
Roman Catholic AnswerThe only official statements of the Church that I can find on crime are that it is an invalidating impediment to Christian marriage, arising from a grave public sin committed by one or both parties. It affects persons who have consummated adultery together and have mutually promised each other to marry, or have attempted marriage during the existence of the same lawful marriage, have consummated adultery together, and one of whom has killed the lawful spouse; those who, even without committing adultery, have by mutual co-operation, physical or moral, killed the lawful spouse. from Modern Catholic Dictionary, and The Code of Canon Law.
Team teaching can be one of many things. Mainly it is when two teachers work together to make lesson plans, usually it does not actually mean teaching together.
