Canned fruits, veggies, proteins! They are very important and so are pastas, breads, carbs, fiber, fruit, veggies, and maybe even a little sugar here and there. Breakfast is very important it gets you metabolism going for the day! Also it is very important to drink LOTS of water and/or liquids because drinking a liquid flushes out fat and any extra starches and fats and all that junk! Eat healthy, pray hard, live life to its fullest, that is MY ADVICE!
