The gecko drinks water. DON"T give it tap water if you have city water. Don't buy it bottled water, either. If you let some tap water sit out 24 hours, it will be fine for the gecko.Or you can use a water chlorinater, it takes away all the bad chemicals in the tap water, just one or two drops will do.

Geckos: Leopard ... If you do plan on leaving crickets in the cage, put a carrot in there and a rock in the middle of you water dish so the crickets will be able to get out when they try to get a drink and won't drown. I myself feed crickets, mealworms, and waxworms as the occasional treat.

∙ 13y agoThey will eat baby crickets. After they get about one and a half inches long feed them small mealworms. DON'T GET SUPER MEALWORMS OR WAXWORMS FOR IT. THEY ARE TOO BIG AND NO LIE THOSE WORMS I TOLD YOU NOT TO FEED THEM WILL EAT YOUR BABY LEOPARD GECKOS. NO LIE.
