∙ 14y agoNowadays, they eat a mixture of Italian, French, Greek and Spanish cuisines. Much the same as the rest of Europe! There native dishes were Boiled Bacon(a type of ham) and Cabbage, Irish Stew(Lamb), Colcannon(Cream, potatoes and cabbage) and some other regional meals.
