24 / 24 tpi or 24 teeth per inch .
inch size bolts have the number of teeth in the length of 25.4mm length while in mm size bolts has the number of teeth on the 1mm length...so mm size(TPM) thread is more strengthen than inch(TPI) size bolts

No single answer to that. Hack saws come in different lengths, and may have finer or coarser blades. Most will have either 24 or 32 TPI , teeth-per-inch.
