This means that copper will not absorb the heat from the water as much as the aluminum. Aluminum will "steal" more heat from the water- which you do not want. You need the heat to stay with the water until it serves its purpose.
Aluminum Sulfide ==> Al2S3 Aluminum Sulfate ==> Al2(SO4)3 Aluminum sulfide is just aluminum and sulfur, while aluminum sulfate is Aluminum plus Sulfate (Polyatomic ion made of sulfur and oxygen)

The purpose of a radiator is to transfer heat from the engine to the atmosphere, so radiators need to be made of a material with a high heat transfer coefficient. Aluminum has a high heat transfer coefficient. In other words, aluminum conducts heat very well. There are other materials, such as copper, which conduct even better, but aluminum is more economical to use than copper.
The heat sink absorbs the heat from the processor and then the fan disperses the heat.
Usually there is a tool available for this purpose. If not, it should be made. It is a quick lathe job on a piece of plastic or aluminum.
