If your talking about the Old Chateau, then the Pokémon your most likely to see is Gastly.
If you have the National Pokédex insert any Pokémon GBA game into your DS and walk into the Old Chateau. You will find a Haunter.
Same goes for a Gengar, but go into the 2nd room from the right on the 2nd Floor. (There should be a picture type thing on the wall, that has red eyes looking at you.) Walk around for a bit, and a Gengar should appear.
