What Pokémon team is best for the Pokémon league in Pokémon diamond?

acctually i beat the Pokemon with all my Pokemon under lvl 60

i used abomasnowlvl45 makesure he has wood hammer it will really help for elite four trainer 2 and i had dialga lvl 53 and a empoleon lvl55 and a and a lvl 54 machoke plus a crobat lvl48 and a lvl 47 luxray

well that was the first time i have beaten the pkmn league

and at the end when the champion had one pkmn left i killed it with dialga but dialga had 2 hp

w8 i don't think this will help u..:) who cares

The answer above actually happens to be exactly what I did, except I also carried my HM slave Geodude around. ;D

There is actually a number of great teams in Diamond.

Mostly, you should attempt to have Pokemon with good stats (like high speed, or special defense, etc).

Then, your Pokemon would do good to learn powerful moves. There are some sites on the internet, where you can look for good move sets for Pokemon. Basically, it's about taking advantage of the pokemons' types.

Example: Emporeon (choose Piplup as a starter) is a Water Type. Grass types may be a problem but Emporeon also happens to have a beak, meaning it can learn Flying moves like Peck, thus reducing the threat of Grass Pokemon.

All in all, you want to be specific when planning your team. Remember things like Types, Stats, and Moves, and you'll have your team in no time.
